Pharmacy Technician
Amy, a Pennsylvania native, is our Pharmacy Technician. Amy started with Regenesis HRT 3 years ago after working with Express scripts for 11 years. She started at Express Scripts in Customer Service and worked her way up to Quality Assurance Coordinator overseeing the Pharmacy Technicians. She is certified as a Pharmacy Technician and loves the fact that working at Regenesis HRT gives her the flexibility to work from home as she is a mom of three young children.
Amy works diligently to make sure all of the patient orders are processed correctly and efficiently so that our patients receive their orders in a timely fashion. She is dependable and an asset to the Regenesis HRT team.

Marc D. Roup is a dynamic force behind Regenesis HRT’s operations. In his comprehensive role, he manages everything from strategic planning to finance. His duties also encompass leading our human resources and IT departments, guiding risk management efforts, and overseeing Mergers and Acquisitions.
In addition, he directs training initiatives and community outreach programs. With his thorough oversight, Marc ensures the smooth running of all business functions to carry on our mission of providing superior health and wellness services.

With extensive experience in marketing, sales and pharmaceuticals Matthew along with Marc and Dr. Courtney founded Regenesis HRT in —– with the objective of applying his broad experience in the pharmaceutical industry to the growing market of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. Before co-founding Regenesis HRT, Matt was Vice President of Marketing for the largest United States Generic Pharmaceutical Manufacturer in the world. Matt noticed that the majority of “anti-aging” clinics were located in Florida, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, etc. He had a vision to bring the latest trends in anti-aging healthcare to the Greater Pittsburgh area, offering men and women in this area the same cutting edge quality of care that is available only in the largest cities in the US, at a reasonable price versus the extravagant price that clinics in those large cities charge for the same products and services. Due to the apprehension of Physicians to diagnose and treat such health concerns as Low Testosterone, as a result of many years of the media sensationalizing and demonizing Testosterone Therapy for men, there was a large gap in appropriate treatment modalities for middle age men, suffering from the signs and symptoms of hormonal deficiencies. ReGenesis HRT specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of these hormonal deficiencies; thus, bringing men out of the “shadows,” and offering them alternatives to dangerous, underground/black market treatments that men commonly turn to in response to lack of understanding and empathy by their Primary Care Physicians.
Nutraceuticals / Supplement Expert
Trevor Benko, our Patient Coordinator, is a certified Personal Trainer and expert in nutraceutical supplements with over a decade’s experience in the sports supplement industry. He has dedicated his life to health and fitness, finding strength in weight training to overcome personal adversities and upbringing in a challenging environment. Trevor is the CEO of TGB Supplements, The Iron Forged Gym, and Iron Forged Nutrition, and is also the host of the Anabolic Cartel Podcast and founding editor of Anabolic Cartel Magazine. He credits his successful business ventures of 8 years to resilience and the belief that each day is a gift.
Empowering others to regain their quality of life is Trevor’s utmost reward, making his position at Regenesis HRT Pittsburgh a perfect alignment with his passion and skill set. His unwavering commitment to helping others has won the hearts of many patients, making him a significant asset to Regenesis HRT.

I’m not big on giving reviews. Having said that… Dennis, Dr. Courtney, Kim and the entire staff are fantastic. Highly recommend! Everything from the initial scheduling to bloodwork, to consult was seamless.
I lost about 5 pounds in 13 weeks, which isn’t much weight, but dramatically changed my body composition. My goal was to keep me muscle and only burn fat. I used a combination of nutrition, supplements and exercise to achieve this change.
3 years ago I became a client of Regenesis HRT. Since then I have seen amazing gains. As a chiropractor(30 years) I whole hardly recommend RHRT for several reasons. The main reason is keeping your hormone levels in balance.

So glad I decided to go with Regenesis. Pricing is excellent with no hidden fees or charges. More included than I even expected. Dr Courtney was easy to talk to and was a comfortable experience unlike other doctors.
I have been dealing with ReGenesis HRT now for almost a year and can’t say enough about the staff and the careful and dedicated therapy they offer. I have been on Testosterone therapy and feel great and have so much more energy and my libido is crazy for my age.
